CSofF is training at the Vipers Training Centre - with Certified Trainers - in the disciplines of technical weight training, core strength development, speed and cardio improvement. To add to this program we have an additional
1.5 hour football specific skill session with CFL Alumni and certified community coaching also, on NEW TURF at the Viper Dome, working one on one with your athlete.

Calgary School of Football is committed to developing athletes in the skills of football and is hosting a series of training camps throughout 2008.

Highlights include:

• 1 X 1.5 hour football skill training with the CSF local certified community coaches. Guest coaches may include current and alumni CFL players, as well as, out-of-town positional specialists
• Each week is $30.00 including GST   
• Starting Saturay November 21, 2009 - Saturday evening skills training held at the Vipers Training Centre located @ the North end of McMahon Stadium parking lot
• Ages 10 - 14 Saturday 6-7:30pm Ages 15 - 18 Saturday 7:30-9pm

• good for Midget level players
• 11 weeks @ $495; $247.50 at enrollment w/ 2 post-dated cheques for $123.75
• Starting Wednesday November 18, 2009 - Wednesday/Friday training held at
