• 2 X 1.5 hour athletic training sessions with professional certified trainers. Focus on speed, acceleration, cardio conditioning, as well as, technical weight training and core strength development
• 1 X 1.5 hour baseball skill training with the coaching staff, players and local certified community coaches. Guest coaches may include current and alumni players, as well as, out-of-town positional specialists
• Total 4.5 hours weekly
• Starting Wednesday September 16, 2009 at Mount Royal College Wed/Friday training held at from 7:00 - 8:30 pm/ Sunday skills training held at the Viper Dome adjacent to McMahon Stadium on Crowchild Trail from 9:00 - 10:30 am

• 1 X 1.5 hour baseball skill training with coaching staff, players and local
  certified community coaches. Guest coaches may include current and alumni players, as well as, out-of-town positional specialists
• Total 1.5 hours weekly  
• Starting Sunday September 20, 2009 - Sunday skills training held at the Viper Dome adjacent to McMahon Stadium on Crowchild Trail from 9:00 - 10:30 am

• 10 weeks @ $450; $250.00 at registration w/ 2 post-dated cheques for $100.00 (dated October 1 & November 1)
• 45 hours training
• Starting Wednesday September 16, 2009 at Mount Royal College Wed/Friday training held at from 7:00 - 8:30 pm/ Sunday skills training held at the Viper Dome adjacent to McMahon Stadium on Crowchild Trail from 9:00 - 10:30 am   

• 20 weeks @ $850; $350.00 at registration w/ 4 post-dated cheques for $125.00 (dated October 1, November 1, January 1 & February 1)
• 90 hours training
