2011/12 ONLY ATHLETIC TRAINING

2 X 1 hour athletic training sessions / week with professional certified trainers. Focus on speed, explosive power, cardio conditioning, as well as technical weight training and core strength development - Including access to the pool, sauna - Entire facility
Total 2 hours weekly x 10 Weeks = 20 Hours total in gym training
Starting Tuesday October 4/2011 to Thursday December 22/2011 http://www.tricocentre.ca/Trico Training Centre Tues/Thurs training held from 7:00 - 8:00 pm
Times & Dates subject to change - first come first serve for session enrollment Maximum capacity per session of 25 students.
Add $50.00 for an official CSB Team Track suit any package

(Dates October 2,2011 to December 18, 2011
18 Hours skill development - professional coaching/ training
Starting Sunday October 8, 2011 at The Viper Centre - 9:30-11am
Sunday skills training held at the Viper Dome adjacent to McMahon Stadium on Crowchild Trail
Including Fielding, Pitching and batting instruction weekly
Add $50.00 for an official CSB Team Track suit any package

WINTER PROGRAM

(Dates January 8,2012 to March 29, 2012
18 Hours skill development - professional coaching/ training

(Dates October 2,2012 to December 18, 2012 or January 8 - March 29, 2012)
18 Hours skill development - professional coaching/ training & 20 Hours in the Gym
Starting Times correspond with above programs
Sunday skills training held at the Viper Dome adjacent to McMahon Stadium on Crowchild Trail Tuesday/Thursday Athletic training at the Trico Centre
Including all aspects from each program as listed above

4 Hitting Skill Sessions / 1.5 hour / Week -
(Dates Sundays, April 8 to 29, 2012
6 Hours pure hitting instruction and development
Starting Times 8:30-10am
Sunday Hitting camp held at the Viper Dome adjacent to McMahon Stadium on Crowchild Trail.

Open to athletes 15 years and over or by special invite only
8 Athletic training & 4 Skill Sessions / 18 hours / Month -

Professional top level coaching/ training. Stretch/strength/speed. High level skills
Location and times to be announced
One on one with parent/guardian post secondary planning
